Caleb Farrar

Caleb Farrar is a Gaston County native with roots near Crowders Mountain and Sherwood Forest. Caleb is an Appalachian State University graduate. He and Sara married and lived in Boone, NC. While Sara built the community, Caleb kept them safe.

Before Oak & Willow, Caleb was a police officer for Boone Police and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police. He has served in roles ranging from patrol, traffic, violent crime, task force criminal investigations, and leadership roles as a Sergeant on the force. Caleb loves to look at the big picture. He and Sara began rehabbing homes, and he knew they had the potential to be a larger company. Oak & Willow Builders | Realty was born out of the desire to be a light in the industry. Caleb focuses on the strategic direction of the company and has an expectation of excellence for Oak & Willow.

We bring the totality of our shared experience to our endeavors at Oak & Willow Builders. We plan to execute this project with the same dedication we already demonstrate in our companies, even more, to bring our high level of service and expertise to the Gastonia community that we and our business also call home.
